10 min walk to U of R or 10 min walk to Grocery Stores on Albert Street - we are located right in the middle. There is also a bus stop just around the corner for a 3 minute bus ride to the U of R.

Each room provides a bed, desk and dresser/closet.

$600/month rent includes power, water, heat, and 175Mbps high speed internet wifi. $600 damage deposit required.
