We are seeking an experienced crude oil hauler with a minimum of 5 years of crude hauling experience to join our operation. The primary route runs daily between Kerrobert and Hardisty, with occasional additional loads throughout Saskatchewan and Alberta. Currently, we are hauling for SORE Oilfield, transporting Strathcona crude.

Position Overview:

Must comply with Federal Hours of Service regulations and maintain a legal logbook.

Flexible scheduling available to accommodate family and personal needs.

You will be assigned to one of two late-model trucks (approximately 300,000 km). Both trucks are for sale, and you will drive whichever truck remains if one sells first. We typically rotate our fleet at the 300,000 km mark, so upgrades are standard practice.

All maintenance is handled promptly through dealership service — no patchwork repairs.


Candidate Requirements:

Must possess all required safety tickets.

Must be a non-smoker.

Must be highly self-sufficient — capable of operating independently without supervision.

Must be professional, reliable, and ready to step directly into the role.


We operate another business (BTS Lighting) and are unable to closely manage day-to-day operations; however, this means you are trusted to manage your workday independently.

Compensation:

Paid per load, calculated at 30% of the pre-FSC (Fuel Surcharge) rate.

Rate sheet provided at the time of hire.

No pay holdback — payments issued on the 15th and 31st of each month.

No advances offered.


Additional Details:

We are based out of North Battleford. The truck will occasionally be needed back at our base for company needs (product testing and installs), but you may park the truck elsewhere if you have a secure location.

We are open to exploring work closer to your home if SORE Oilfield has load availability in your area.

No cross-shifting — you are the sole operator of the assigned truck.
