We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team at Cabana Pool Bar . As a team member, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operation of the bar. Your attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork will contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience and maintaining the high standards of our bar.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and disposing of waste appropriately.
Monitor and replenish supplies during service to ensure uninterrupted bar operations.
Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts, ensuring all necessary tools and equipment are ready for service.
Collect empty glasses and dishes from guests' tables, providing prompt and attentive service to ensure a pleasant atmosphere.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your product knowledge, mixology skills, and customer service techniques.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required; training will be provided.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative to assist the bar team as needed.
Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests and coworkers.
Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and proper storage of bar equipment and supplies.
Must be at least [legal drinking age in your location] and possess the necessary legal documentation to work in a licensed establishment.
