Well kept and ready to use. Sleeps 8 but 4 without moving any furniture and can be towed with midsize V6 truck. Comes with full Equalizer load leveling hitch and power tongue jack. New tires and awning last summer.

Rear slide out is manual and houses a king size bed for the adults to slumber in comfort. Two bunks in the front for the kids and the lower one lifts up to allow bike storage through bike door while traveling (bikes ride inside!) sleep 2 or 4 more people if you fold down couch and table.

Has large fridge with seperate freezer, hdtv with crank up boosted antenna. Microwave, stove oven, full three peice bath. Propane tanks included.

Comes with everything you need, dishes, toaster kettle cutlery table cloths, toilet chemicals, jacking blocks wheel chalks.

Trailer was used a lot in provincial parks with no power onsite so it's equipped with solar pannels on roof, lithium battery bank and a large DC to AC converter charger. It's self sufficient and solar will power all residual current for fridge plus run 110 appliances when needed without shore power while travelling or stationary. This was a big investment and one that proved very useful as no need for power onsite every night.
