About the Role:
You will be responsible for on-site measuring, templating, and layout preparation for custom staircases and railing installations.
This position requires relocation to Dubai — with all travel and living expenses covered, plus a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:
• Perform accurate site measurements for stairs and railings
• Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into precise templates
• Communicate measurement results clearly to the design and fabrication teams
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients
• Conduct site visits and pre-installation assessments
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in stair and railing measurement (3 years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Comfortable using digital measurement tools (laser measures, total stations, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai (travel and housing fully covered)
