We provide Emergency and Planned Traffic Control Services to a variety of industries that depend on us to keep them safe while working on Alberta roadways. Qualifications:
- Class 5 License
- Flexibility to work on call shifts that can vary between days, evenings and nights as well as on call.
- Based out of Fort Saskatchewan or surrounding areas
- Ability to work with a team or alone
- Reliable Personal Transportation
- Physically Fit (Capable of lifting in excess of 15 pounds at a time).
- Attention to Detail with Company Owned Trucks and Project Details.
- Ability to operate smart phone / tablet applications (Dispatch, Record Keeping and Etc.)
- Most importantly, a good attitude and strong desire to succeed in a team atmosphere!
Job Duties:
- Attend jobsites and facilitate traffic control procedures as per company operating procedures.
- Communicate with supervisor to receive jobs and assignments.
- Maintain cleanliness / organization of company owned truck, signs and other equipment.
- Attend collision scenes and assist emergency responders with traffic control duties on scene.
- Perform trip inspections on assigned unit before each shift.
- Complete FLHAs & invoicing at the beginning & end of each shift.
- Take part in completing monthly truck reports on units you have operated.
