With over 30 years of experience, we provide the expertise and insight needed to ensure our clients get the permits and licenses they need quickly and efficiently
Role Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls remotely (Ring Central)

Manage project files in google drive and click up

Create and schedule tasks related to specific projects via click up

Organize and schedule appointments

Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.

Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor the progress of project work and address potential roadblocks.

Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for ongoing projects.

Assist with administrative tasks to support overall office functionality.

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in [specific software/tools, e.g., google workspace, click-up].

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

[Preferred] Knowledge of project management practices.
