Job Summary:
We are seeking a Harvester - Captain, Fishing Master 3/4 to join our team. This position requires a degree of specialized expertise and skill in maintaining established standards of safety, quality and accuracy.
Job Duties:
• Command fishing vessel to catch fish.
• Direct fishing operations and supervise crew activities.
• Record fishing progress, crew activities, weather, and sea conditions on the ship's log.
• Select, interview and train qualified vessel crew.
• Maintain boats and equipment on board, such as engines, winches, netting, cables, navigational systems, fire extinguishers, and life preservers.
Job Details:
• Full time – Year-Round.
• Possess a Fishing Master III or IV.
• Have the drive, determination, and a self-disciplined approach to achieving results that meet the established criteria.
• Travel may be required from time to time.
• Start as soon as possible.
