Experienced Renovation Carpenter – Full-Time

What You'll Do:
Perform framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Lead or assist with the construction and installation of walls, doors, cabinets, trim, and other structures.
Interpret and execute project plans, drawings, and specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Identify and resolve on-site challenges, proactively ensuring smooth progress.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in carpentry or construction, with a strong focus on renovations.
Skills: Expertise in framing, finishing, and general carpentry techniques.
Tools: Must own a set of tools suitable for carpentry work.

Requirements:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Position Details:
Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience).
Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with occasional evening or weekend shifts (advance notice provided).
Location: Ottawa and surrounding areas.
