be able to be on location 8am- 4:30pm have own vehicle and basic tools, must have experience, must speak english repairs include (drywall, taping, painting, demolition)

could turn into long term position doing property maintenance depending on skill level.

- Must have many years of experience and speak English repairs include (drywall, toilet repairs, doors, screens, bathrooms and kitchen repairs, basic plumbing, framing, install flooring, tiling, painting , trim)
Need to have a flexible schedule to deal with ongoing issues in a timely fashion
