We offer top rates and a steady pipeline of projects for the right crew.

What We're Looking For:
• A crew of 3 members with at least 5 years of roofing experience
• A truck & full equipment setup is a major asset (no branded company logos, unless Ollie's Roofing specific)
• Certifications like First Aid, WSIB, Fall Arrest are strong assets
• Weekend availability for select projects

Primary Responsibilities:
• Independently manage on-site roofing projects
• Install and remove shingle and other roofing systems with precision
• Maintain safety standards and a clean, organized worksite
• Communicate effectively with clients and the Ollie's Roofing team

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years experience with shingles and various roofing systems (flat, metal, etc.)
• High comfort working at heights
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and roofing equipment
• Familiar with commercial and industrial roofing
• Mechanically inclined with strong knowledge of general construction practices
• Professional, dependable, and respectful communication is a must
