We are seeking another dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Experienced Commercial Flat Roofer. A qualified candidate must prioritize quality, efficiency, reliability, and safety, while also exhibiting a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in every project. Dependable, on time attendance is non-negotiable.

Wage based on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
• Lead and perform commercial flat roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Ensure precision and quality in all roofing activities
• Mentor junior team members
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site

Skills/Requirements
• Proven experience with commercial flat roofing systems
• Proven knowledge of materials and techniques
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Focus on quality, efficiency, reliability, and safety
• Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
• Working at Heights, WHMIS, Workers Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps Certifications required, additional certifications may be required
• Must be willing to travel to various job sites across Eastern Ontario
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
