I have for sale 2 ClimateMaster Tranquility Geothermal Units for sale. I ordered them for the house I'm building, ended up sprayfoaming the house, reduced the envelope needs a bunch, and downsized the units

Unit 1) 5ton 60,000 btu forced air unit (2stg scroll compressor) variable speed blower (R410a) requires a 60A 240v connection.

Unit 2) 5ton 60,000 Btu water to water unit (think boiler) makes heat for infloor system . (R410a) also requires a 60A 240v connection.

The forced air unit would connect to standard duct system, the infloor unit would plumb over to hydronic system (typically directly to the thermal mass/buffer tank.

The forced air unit would handle both heating and cooling for an “up to” 3,000sq.ft house. (Assuming standard or typical losses). The in-floor unit could handle typically a 2,000 sq.ft shop with infloor heat. (Again assuming typical construction & heat losses)
