We are currently hiring a female Immigration Visa Counselor for our filing department. The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, and have experience in visa filing procedures, especially for countries like Canada, Australia, the UK, or Schengen areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle documentation and filing for visa applications
• Counsel clients regarding required paperwork and process
• Maintain and track client records
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in person
• Follow up with clients on pending documents or updates
Requirements:
• Female candidate only
• Prior experience in immigration filing is preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and document handling
• Must be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Working Hours: Flexible hour
