REQUIRED AVAILABILITY You must have full availability from Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility to work both day and evening shifts, or the full day. Hours: Morring Shifts 11 -4 Evening shift - 4 pm to approx. 9-9:30 pm.
WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be moving between the front and back of house throughout your shift. Main responsibilities include: - preparing, assembling and bagging food orders, including phone and online delivery orders - operating Point of Sale system; accurately enter orders and process payments - assisting with food preparation and light cooking using kitchen equipment such as dough sheeter, flat stove, potato peeler, mandolin, weigh scale - Roti making cooking meats on live fire wood grill - performing regular inventory checks and ensuring that there is sufficient quantity of food, packaging, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS - excellent English - attention to detail; excellent memory and organizational skills - able to follow directions, take initiative and assemble orders quickly and accurately - cashier/point of sale system experience - able to multi-task and work under time pressures without becoming overwhelmed - able to walk, stand in place and perform repetitive manual tasks for extended periods - able to lift, move and carry items up to 50 lbs., including up and down a flight of stairs - able to work well independently and with others Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
