This is a very old treadle type machine .
It is currently set up so that pressing the treadle engages a clutch on the electric motor.
This is described as a “power machine” and was used for seeing heavy tarps, tents, flags etc.
It was in working condition and has been stored inside for roughly the last 25 years.
