Position Overview
We're looking for a licensed Massage Therapist who is ready to build a meaningful career in a supportive, treatment-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about rehabilitation, sports therapy, and client care. You'll have the opportunity to grow alongside an experienced RMT, develop a loyal client base, and contribute to a practice that's evolving into a multidisciplinary wellness and rehabilitation center.

You'll work directly with clients in a home-based clinic setting, providing hands-on therapeutic care while receiving mentorship, feedback, and support. This is more than a job — it's a chance to develop as a professional, expand your clinical knowledge, and be part of a bigger long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities
Provide a variety of massage therapy services, including deep tissue, myofascial release, joint mobilization, and other therapeutic techniques
Conduct thorough client assessments, including range of motion and muscle tests, to develop individualized treatment plans
Educate and recommend individualized treatment plans and self-care to support their rehabilitation journey
Maintain accurate and up-to-date treatment records in compliance with CMTO regulations
Uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment space
Submit claims directly through the insurance company under massage therapy benefits
Qualifications
Recent graduate of an accredited massage therapy program
A valid license and fully registered with CMTO
CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but not required)
Strong interest in sports therapy and rehabilitation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn, be coached, and grow within a team environment.
