Position Overview
We're looking for a creative, self-motivated individual to:
• Develop and manage engaging content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok etc.)
• Create posts, reels, and stories that reflect our brand and attract new leads
• Use Meta Business Suite to schedule, monitor, and optimize content
• Keep a close eye on engagement, respond to messages/comments, and stay updated on trends
• Develop strategies to grow followers and generate leads
Requirements
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (post scheduling & analytics)
• Strong content creation skills – especially reels and short-form videos
• Attention to detail and a sense of brand consistency
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
Work Details
• Part-time role
• Must work from our Brantford office 3 days a week
• Working days may increase based on performance and results
