I'm subletting my 1 bedroom penthouse apartment in the heart of Gastown (Downtown Vancouver), from May 15 - June 15 with the possibility of extending it until end of June (tbd). The apartment comes fully furnished, and despite being in a busy part of town is very quiet and peaceful because it's situated on the top floor of a 30 floor building. The unit has a gas stove and oven, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a very large balcony to walk on with a hanging chair. There are also amenities in the sister build that will have access to: rooftop jacuzzi, pool tables and ping pong tables, a large indoor gym (please see photos).

The apartment's location makes it easy to walk to anywhere in downtown Van as well as Main Street, the science centre, the seawall (both north and south) and there are two sky train lines within 5-10 mins walking distance.

The building / floor is also very quiet, so I'm looking for 1 person (or a couple) that will be clean and quiet and water my plants : )
