Now Hiring: Skilled and Reliable Painter/Finisher

Your Accurate Painting Solution is seeking a well-rounded, experienced painting professional who takes pride in their craftsmanship, punctuality, and reliability.

Minimum Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in the painting and finishing industry

GST number required (registered subcontractor)

Own vehicle (mandatory)

Basic hand tools required

Experience with both wood finishing (e.g., trim, doors, cabinetry) and interior/exterior wall painting

Comfortable working at heights

Ability to work independently and follow company protocols

Must be dependable, on time, and available for a minimum of 40 hours per week

Willing to work some weekends, depending on project demands


The Ideal Candidate: We are not looking for someone who specializes in only one part of the trade. You must have broad knowledge and experience across multiple sectors of the industry. We value those who are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing consistent, high-quality work.

Compensation:

Starting wage: $25/hour

Seasoned, fully qualified individuals meeting all requirements may start at $30/hour

Skill level

Reliability

Punctuality

Integrity and consistency in work delivered



Important Note: This is a hands-on interview process. Your first hour on-site is unpaid and serves as an evaluation period. If you complete the day and meet expectations, your wage begins from that point forward. If not, your time and ours won't be wasted.
