Hi there everybody I am Looking for a Long-Term Room Rental. I am 27-year-old and I am currently moving out of my parents' home due to some family issues and I'm seeking a room rental. I am currently looking to move into the room for June 1st. The end of this month

A bit about me:

-I'm quiet, respectful, and tidy, I would clean the whole place, or places specified whenever needed if needed, as I do run a small cleaning service.

-No pets and (if needed, I'm happy to smoke outdoors)

-I have stable income and can pay rent reliably via direct deposit or cash through ODSP. I also do side work and I have been shooting to run my own business in due time.

-I'm looking for a place I can rent for a little while whilst I move forward in life and venture out.

I'm available for viewings and I am looking to rent for the end of this month, so June 1st. If you have a room available or know someone who does, I'd love to chat and learn more about the space and I can meet in person to speak more and so we can have a face to face meeting.
