Looking for a quiet, mature, clean / neat, well organized, non smoking (or vaping), respectful, individual. Prefer long term, over short. International students welcome. Prefer a graduate student (Masters or PhD programs), 25 y/o . No party animals please!
PLEASE PROVIDE SOME INFORMATION ABOUT YOURSELF WHEN RESPONDING TO THE AD. This is VERY important. I won't rent to just anyone. References may be requested.
Rent includes: Hydro, water and internet. Parking with plug-in available.
I do own a dog, so if you have a fear of dogs or are allergic to them, this isn't the place for you. Sorry.
