ABOUT ME
I am a queer 21 year old BIOVET student (afab if that matters) who uses he/they pronouns. I am fairly quiet and have a super friendly, vaccinated, litter, harness, crate trained cat who loves people and animals. I enjoy various art's and crafts as well as collecting rocks and some other odds and ends. I'm not too social but I like to and try to have someone over about once a month to hang out at my place with prior warning and approval from whoever I am currently living with. I don't drink alcohol but don't care if you do. I do vape weed but don't allow smoking blunts in the apartment or any vapor substances near my pet as she's asthmatic. Honestly as long as you are not a bigot or a bully we will probably get along fine. I am not the landlord but I will get you in contact asap to get you added to the lease. I'm fairly flexible for most things and am happy to talk about and respectfully and reasonably accommodate any extra needs you might have like religious needs/ceremony's, cultural needs/ceremony's, allergies, chronic health conditions, trauma triggers etc. Most Livingroom furniture can be moved or removed if you have other or better furniture you want to have and fit in the shared spaces. also willing to let you borrow the futon if you don't have a bed yet. there's a photo of me and my cat in the listing as well as my icon isn't a selfie. I support Palestine and Harm reduction. I AM TRANS. I was raised Christian but am an atheist and will likely not join but in but will give you space for religious or cultural needs. HOW TO APPLY
process goes as follows: we message on here or anywhere I have an add, I ask a pre-made list of questions, you ask any you have, we video call to confirm we both are who we say we are then we find a time that you are free to see the apartment in person. if all's good after you see the place I contact my landlord that we want to do a lease addition and we should be good. the landlord basically had no excess rules besides no dogs. I will show you a copy of my lease so you can read through it. maintenance crew are great and fix any fixable issues quick. lease addition can be done and fully approved within 3 days if scheduled correctly
