I live in Vancouver and need to get somebody to change lightbulbs for my aunt in Red Deer. There are 36 /-total in ceiling fixtures (semi-flush and flush-mount) and fans (closed and open fixtures), bathroom vanity, table lamps and stove exhaust fan/range hood.

These are all regular A19 E26 lightbulbs that need to be changed from whatever is existing to all the same type of new LED bulbs that I have purchased for her. It should take about an hour to do all the work.

In addition to changing lightbulbs a light dusting will be required for all glasses and ceiling fan blades (the condo is very clean, and there should be minimal dust in this department). **Table lamps need no cleaning. **Range hood doesn't need cleaning.

There are no tools required and there is a small step ladder on site for the ceiling fixtures. Dusting supplies are also on site. You just need to show up, do the work and get paid. **Non-smoker highly preferred as my aunt has sensitivities to smells. **Clean indoor shoes recommended because of ladder use (no sock feet permitted on ladder for safety concerns).

I am offering $40 compensation for the job's first hour and $10/15 minutes thereafter, rounded up to the next 15-minute interval. (ie. 1min-1hr. = $40, 1hr. 1 min.-15min. = $50, 1hr. 16 min.-30min. = $60, etc.). Clock starts when you enter the unit, ends when you exit. Cash payment on site at end of job or e-transfer from me in Vancouver (RBC) if you prefer. **Two people maximum at one time please so as to not overwhelm my aunt with people in the space.
