Additional Information: Im a student who is moving back home for the summer and have a 12 month lease on this apartment beginning in september 2024. Im looking for an individual to sublet to for the last three months of the lease. The furniture in the apartment will remain, and there is also an AC unit for when the weather gets hot that you can add into the apartment. I will be taking the piano pictured in the photos, as well as decorations on the walls, so you can decorate yourself! Alternatively, if youd like me to keep the decor we could do that too. The unit has a very large window and its not on the road so there is lots of privacy. The landlord is very polite and professional, and they can assist with any problems that may come.
because move in is in the middle of the month, the first months rent will be only for the weeks you stay! so if you move in may 10th, I will not ask for the full 1200.
