Overview

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to be the face of our rental operation. You'll be responsible for supporting customers throughout the rental process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from reservation to return

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with rental inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
Process rental agreements and explain terms clearly
Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and returns efficiently
Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
Liaise with body shops, insurance companies, and corporate clients
Ensure all rental documentation is complete and accurate
Inspect vehicles before and after rentals for damages and cleanliness
Maintain a clean, organized office environment
Promote our services and encourage customer feedback through platforms like Google Reviews
Skills

Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Excellent communication skills in both English and any additional languages spoken.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be 23 years of age and above,
Previous experience in customer service (automotive or rental industry a strong asset)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with computers and rental software systems
Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays
