Located between Barrhead and Westlock, We're looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our off-road equipment shop. In this hands-on role, you'll manage day-to-day operations, oversee equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate with field teams to keep everything running smoothly.

Requirements:

Strong mechanical background in off-road/heavy equipment
Leadership or supervisory experience
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Valid driver's license.

We have a 5 year old 32,000 sq ft shop with overhead cranes. currently have 15 technicians and and on-road foreman. Looking to expand our offroad dealership division. Looking for someone with extremely good diagnostics capability on a wide variety of equipment, and would be willing to jump in here and there while managing about 5-10 technicians. (Starting with 3-4) We sell all the major brands of Dozers, Excavators, Cranes, Graders, Rock Trucks, etc.

We are located in the Westlock County. Looking for someone who is local in the area, or planning to move their family here.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45.00-$52.00 per hour, depending on experience. Plus Benefits
