Looking for a clean, friendly, mature male (30 plus) to share the upper level of our furnished home with 2 other awesome male roommates. The main bedroom available has a Kingsize bed, a tv, mini fridge and patio doors for your own private entrance if you wish. All utilities, cable, and wifi included with the rent. You only need to supply your own groceries and personal items. The main bathroom (modern toilet and jacuzzi tub/shower) is shared and each person is responsible for keeping it clean. Shared also is the living room and kitchen with modern appliances, again each person is responsible for cleaning up after themselves and taking turns vacuuming and mopping. The laundry room is downstairs to share until we put a washer and dryer upstairs. We have 3 very friendly cats that like to make their rounds for pets and attention and have free roam of the house (if they're not inside their large catio,) so the ideal person must love cats and have no allergies to them. Unfortunately we cannot have any other pets as we just adopted a Bengal and it still is just adjusting to our home. We are a 420/ smoke friendly household ( outdoors only) and love watching Oilers hockey on a 150 inch 4K projection screen in a heated garage. The yard is fenced, secured and surrounded by cameras around the property and inside garage. We are quite social and do our socializing in the garage or around the firepit. This home is perfect for a newly divorced man, a hardworking man, someone with a limited income or just to save money. We have lived here for over 30 years and have had to supplement our income by renting out our upstairs because we both don't work due to physical disabilities. This was the only solution to keeping our home as we still have a high mortgage left to pay. It's a great neighborhood with an older generation and hope we can get another great roommate.
