We are looking to hire a few saw operators in southern NB to preform pre commercial tree thinning across southern NB.
What tree thinning entails, is the removal of certain trees in young forests, to ensure valuable crop trees have the space they need to thrive. Your work could potentially be left standing for hundreds of years!
It can be done with a chainsaw, but a bush saw is far more ideal for the trade. If you are operating a chainsaw, you MUST wear chainsaw pants, and boots. Bush saw operators can just wear pants and work boots.
You may pick your own schedule. The rate is based off area. You are pay is based on how much forest ground you have treated. Operators will make anywhere from 500-1000$ per week, or more depending on the time one spends working.
Transportation can also be possibly provided for the right individual, depending on logistics.
Currently, we are working in Canaan NB, and Whickam NB.
Please feel free to call, text, or email me at anytime. Thanks in advance.
