Looking for a Room / Roommate – June Move-In
Hi friends! I'm looking for a place to rent with a one-year lease starting in June. I'm open to finding either a room in a shared space or a roommate to team up with.
Budget: Ideally up to $1200/month, but I could stretch to $1500 for the right fit. I have first and last month's rent saved and ready.
About me: I'm a registered nurse working overnight shifts at a hospice, so I really value quiet time and a peaceful living space. I'm neurodivergent, so I'm hoping to live with someone who's similarly low-key, respectful, clean and okay with shared silence. Bonus points if you also hate overhead lighting I'm not looking to live in a house with more than 2 roommates total. Ideally just one or two respectful folks who value a quiet, calm home. I also wouldn't mind living with an older woman, I have an old soul and get along well with older people/seniors.
Ideal location:
Close to Shuter & Jarvis / Eaton Centre
Finch East (Line 1)
Anywhere along Line 2 with a reasonable commute downtown
Vibe-wise: I'm into spirituality, yoga, meditation, art and personal growth. I keep things tidy and respectful, and I'm looking for a home, not just a place to sleep.
