Nous sommes deux colocs à la recherche d'une troisième personne avec qui partager notre appartement situé dans Villeray à quelques minutes du métro Jarry et d'autres commerces de proximité (boulangerie, bars/brasserie, épicerie, supermarché, pharmacie, station de vélo bixi, etc.). Libre à partir du 1er juillet 2025 !
Pour nous, l'idéal est de cohabiter avec une personne ayant un mode de vie végane, sinon une alimentation végétarienne, qui respecte le calme de l'appartement et pour qui la communication et la propreté des espaces communs sont deux choses très importantes.

L'appartement est au 3ème étage. Il est non fumeur. Un balcon commun est accessible depuis la cuisine. Salle de bain et salon sont inclus. L'appartement est déjà équipé en électro-ménagers (frigo, four, laveuse, sécheuse).
La chambre est composée de deux pièces séparées par une double-porte vitrée. Elle est non meublée. L'une des entrées de la chambre donne sur la cuisine. La seconde pièce comporte un placard et sa porte donne sur le couloir. Une fenêtre donne sur la ruelle arrière. Prix par mois : 630 $.
À cela s'ajoutent les frais internet (27 $) et hydro (~40 $ en été et ~130 $ en hiver) par colocataire ainsi qu'une assurance habitation individuelle. Nous partageons les frais liés aux produits ménagers.

Soraya, fin de la trentaine, travaille dans le secteur communautaire à temps plein, amatrice de piano , amoureuse du soleil et étudiante à la maîtrise en relations industrielles. Elle valorise l'échange avec ses colocs autant que les moments tranquilles dans l'appartement.
Matthieu, fin de la vingtaine, doctorant en musicologie. Très easy going, cinéphile, aime la lecture et le pilates. Beaucoup d'intérêt pour les chants d'oiseaux (pas le choix en même temps, c'est son sujet de thèse).

Matthieu, late twenties, doctoral student in musicology. Very easygoing, cinema-lover, likes reading and pilates. Really interested in birdsong (no choice, since it's his thesis subject).
