Iv bin giving the all clear by the land owner and would like to rent it out to someone who needs a place for there horses throughout the summer and winter months. The materials would be supplied by the land owner and a deal on rent of said area for your horses would be talked about in person or over the phone with the land owner. There is a renter living on the property that could or would able to assisting in help get the fence built and possibly any other horse related needs after if needed I.E feeding/watering/as well as security and overall safety of the animals If needed he has an abundance of horse knowledge as he was raised on a farm and had over 35 at any givin time during his 18 years at his family farm and with little to no extra cost to you.
