Shed is 14 years old. It had some hail damage last summer and insurance is covering the replacement. If someone has use for it then it's yours and I can avoid sending it to the dump. I can help you disassemble it but you will be responsible for moving it out. Bring a pickup truck or trailer.

The door bottom hinge was broken. I fixed it with a screw so now it doesn't close smoothly. But it will close if you lift the door up manually. Other than that it's in pretty good shape. There is NO leak even though there's some hail damage on the one side.
