Flat rate (firm and not negotiable): -$180.00 for 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1 half bathroom, 1 kitchen with dining, 1 living room, laundry room, entry way, hallway and stairs without basement for standard cleaning only.

*Standard price inclusion:
-inside microwave and stove top, floors and carpet, countertops, dust and polish furnitures, sink, shower, tub, toilet, mirrors, light switches, door knobs, polish appliances exterior, inside windows and baseboards.

**all extra rooms not mentioned above are not included or extra cost. **

**customer needs to provide their own vacuum, mop, toilet and shower brush, cloth, paper towel, and garbage bags for hygienic purposes**

** I only bring my own cleaning solution (sprays)**
