Hours: 10 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible – Hybrid (remote & in-person)
Location: Saskatoon & Martensville, SK

Summit Outreach and Counselling is seeking a motivated and passionate Part-Time Team Lead to support our new Youth Road Safety & Well-being Initiative. This project aims to reduce impaired and unlicensed driving among youth ages 15-25 through education, prevention, and direct support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate team activities and outreach efforts
Help plan and deliver presentations in youth group homes and community settings
Liaise with community partners and transportation providers
Support data collection and track project outcomes
Attend weekly team check-ins (virtually or in-person)
Qualifications:
Criminal Record Check
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Experience working with youth or in community-based projects
Understanding of substance use, harm reduction, and road safety is an asset
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
