Bump-out motor was just replaced, wheel bearings repacked, and water pump replaced recently.
Very well insulated with solid oak floors and cabinet doors. Two fairly new, very comfortable recliners and great couch. Comfortably sleeps two with pullout couch for an additional two. Very well maintained.
