Job Description:
We are seeking both experienced individuals with a background in concrete or waterproofing, as well as entry-level candidates eager to learn, to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete work, including structural repairs and coatings, and/or knowledge of waterproofing systems such as membranes, sealants, and injection grouting.

Responsibilities:
- Install gypsum underlayments, perform concrete surface preparation, structural repairs, and specialty applications (e.g., overlays, epoxy coatings).
- Apply various waterproofing systems including liquid-applied membrane coatings.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, delivery equipment, and other job-related machinery.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials while practicing proper load securement and safe handling procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site in compliance with company safety policies.
- Conduct basic inspections, complete paperwork, and assist with inventory tasks such as cycle counting.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safe work practices at all times.
- Handle heavy lifting and repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Take direction well, complete quality work independently or as part of a team, and assist with other duties as needed

Requirements:
- No experience necessary
- Experience in concrete is an asset
- Experience with waterproofing and crack injection is an asset
- Class 5 valid driver's license or GDL
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in various conditions (heights, confined spaces, outdoors)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Tickets in equipment operating, including skid-steers and forklifts
- Class 3 Driver's License
- Certifications in waterproofing systems
- Experience with concrete finishing and mixing
