Attention
1. The Chicken plucker is mainly suitable for chickens, but it is not suitable for birds.
2. The hot water temperature should be 65-75 ℃ when the poultry is scalded, this is very important for plucking.
3. Scalding the poultry for 2-3 minutes. Plucking the poultry for about 30 seconds.
4. The machine can pluck 3-4 chickens weighing 2-3LB, but we always recommend plucking one chicken at a time, so you will not excessively bruise your meat.

Powerful Motor

Plucking Drum
The plucking drum is made of stainless steel materials and is 23'' in diameter and 14'' in height. The large-size drum can pluck more chickens to improve the processing efficiency.

Rubber Plucking Fingers
The rubber fingers are fixed to the inner wall and the bottom of the stainless steel drum, the friction between the rubber fingers and the chickens is formed after the machine is started, and therefore the feathers can be quickly removed. We also offer 10 spare rubber fingers to customers and can replace the worn fingers.

Occlusion Connection
The poultry plucking machine adopts the new mechanical occlusion technology instead of rivets, the leakage phenomenon can be well avoided, the service life of the machine is effectively ensured, and the machine can be better used.

Large Feather Outlet
The large feather outlet is designed in the side of the machine and can quickly discharge the feathers, thereby ensuring that the plucking operation can be conducted continuously and smoothly, and the outlet cannot be blocked by feathers.

Waterproof Switch

Operation Steps
1. Scald the slaughtered poultry in hot water of 65-75 degree.
2. Then turn on the machine, and put the scalded poultry into the machine.
3. After working for 10 seconds, turn on the tap, wash away the removed feather and then take out the plucked poultry.
4. The whole time of processing the chicken is about half minute.
