Job Description:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with homeowners to promote and sell our parging services. This is an excellent opportunity for confident, outgoing individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to earn based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Canvass residential neighborhoods to generate leads and close sales
Educate homeowners on the benefits of parging and our services
Schedule estimates and consultations
Track interactions and report progress to management
Represent Paintdemic Solution in a professional and respectful manner
Qualifications:

Previous sales experience (especially door-to-door) is an asset, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and confident
Reliable transportation preferred
Must be comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
Compensation:

Commission-based pay with high earning potential
