Looking for a Handyman – Short-Term Contract (3–4 months)

I'm currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and bilingual handyman to help with repair and maintenance tasks at 4 different properties. This is a short-term opportunity (approx. 3–4 months) with flexible hours.

️ Tasks include: • Repairing siding around outdoor vents
• Aligning doors with their frames
• Installing floor transition strips
• Cleaning air exchangers, AC filters & vents
• Checking and adjusting hot water tank temperatures
• Adjusting door closers
• Replacing pot lights
• Small paint touch-ups
• General property maintenance and repairs

✅ Ideal candidate is:
• Eager to work and takes initiative
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with tenants
• Bilingual (French & English preferred)
• Has own tools and transportation
