About us:
A family owned and operated broiler chicken farm, located in Cookville, NS.

Job Description:
- Work in conjunction with ownership to care and comply with On Farm Food Safety and
Animal Care Program guidelines while providing care for broiler chickens
- Operate, maintain, and clean farm machinery
- Perform general farm duties and upkeep of facilities
- Detect any issues amongst the flock and equipment
- Hours typically 7am-4pm, Mon-Fri with occasional weekend rotation
- This is a full-time permanent position

Qualifications:
- Similar farm experience would be an asset
- Class 3 license with airbrake
- Heavy equipment experience would be an asset
- On farm training will be provided

Salary:
Competitive hourly wage to be discussed with new hire.
