Part-Time | As-Needed Basis | Flexible Hours

We're looking for a dependable and resourceful individual in Timmins to be our on-call boots on the ground support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys flexible, independent work and is comfortable jumping in to help with small, in-person tasks when needed.

What You'll Do:
Visit properties or locations on our behalf to inspect, deliver, or document (photos/videos).

Coordinate with our remote team to complete simple tasks on-site.

Run errands, meet with contractors or tenants, or help with light admin tasks as needed.

✅ You Are:
Reliable and responsive (sometimes on short notice).

Organized, detail-oriented, and good at following instructions.

Comfortable using your smartphone for communication, photos, and basic reporting.

Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Requirements:
Must be based in Timmins.

Available for on-call tasks with a flexible schedule.

Experience in property management, admin, or fieldwork is a bonus—but not required.
