**Job Description:**
As a Tree Climber/Arborist, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient care of trees, including pruning, trimming, and removal. You will work with a team of professionals who share your passion for trees and the outdoors.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Climb trees using ropes and harnesses to perform pruning, trimming, and removals.
- Assess tree health and identify any potential issues or diseases.
- Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding tree care and maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a tree climber or arborist.
- Knowledge of tree species, health, and proper maintenance techniques.
- Certification from a recognized arborist organization (e.g., ISA Certified Arborist) is a plus.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
