The Manager plays a key role in driving sales, managing labor and inventory, and maintaining compliance with all food safety and DQ brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the Dairy Queen Treats store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead and develop a team of crew members through training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with Dairy Queen brand standards, food safety guidelines, and local health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage food cost and waste.
• Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor while maintaining coverage during peak hours.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely, professional, and positive manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper equipment operation.
• Analyze store performance metrics and assist with strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Handle basic administrative tasks including payroll reporting, cash handling, and daily deposits.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
