It is furnished room including a single bed, table, chair and lamp. It is a 4 bed townhouse with 1 bathroom, 1 spacious storage area and a hall-size living area. The kitchen has two full sized fridges to plenty of space to keep your food. The other 3 rooms are single occupancy and all are guys. All the roommates are well mannered, understanding and polite. We cannot accommodate girls due to one bathroom.
The location is close to all local amenities like clinics, both VG and QEII hospitals, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and a number of local transit stops very close.
