About the Opportunity
Are you a reliable, hands-on individual or couple with a passion for property maintenance and
tenant satisfaction? A well-maintained, quiet residential building near St. Laurent Blvd in Vanier
is seeking a Live-In Site Superintendent to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and
maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role offering free accommodation, parking, and a
monthly salary.

What You'll Be Doing
As the face of the property, your role will be a mix of maintenance management, tenant support,
and emergency responsiveness. You will:
• Maintain the property in top condition with routine inspections and timely repairs
• Address tenant maintenance requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Manage cleanliness and order in all common areas (hallways, stairwells, garbage and
laundry rooms)
• Hold on-site office hours (approx. 15–20 hrs/week)
• Respond to emergencies on-call, including after-hours and weekends
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used
• Support leasing and management teams as needed

• Experience in property management, maintenance, trades, or customer service is an asset
• Skills: Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking abilities
• Hands-On Ability: Comfortable handling minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
• Physical capability to perform cleaning, maintenance, and manual tasks
• Availability to live on-site and respond to emergencies 24/7
