Hiring: Experienced Siding Installer (Team Lead / Trainer Role)
Pay: $20–$27/hour (based on experience)
Location: Calgary

We are looking for a skilled Siding Installer with at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience to join our team. This is not just a hands-on role — we are specifically looking for someone who can lead and teach new workers on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install siding (vinyl, Hardie board, etc.) with precision and efficiency
• Guide, train, and support less experienced crew members
• Maintain high-quality work standards and job site safety
• Work well independently and as a leader in a team environment

Requirements:
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in siding installation
• Ability to teach and explain tasks clearly to others
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Must have basic tools and transportation (preferred but not required)

Wage: $20–$27 per hour, depending on skill and experience.
