The house is very clean, organized, and close to public transit .

Basement has three rooms, and all are currently avalible for rent asap. We are looking for an understanding respectful and easy going person who will respect the other roommates, and expect the same.

All roommates will work together to make this living situation as easy and comfortable as possible for us both.

One bathroom and kitchen, with separated entrance will be shared by the three roommates.

Rent is $800.00 Monthly and available ASAP . Short term stays are welcome with 60 days moving notice.
