Well Driller / Apprentice Well Driller / Pump Installer

We travel all over the Island to drill wells, install new pump systems, and provide service to houses, farms, plants, and factories where water system is not functioning properly.

- No experience necessary – we will train.
- $22/hr - $30/hr (depending on experience and/or qualifications)
- Year-round, permanent

Job includes:
- Assisting with drilling wells
- Installing new pump systems
- Servicing existing pump systems
- Operating boom truck and excavator

Must have:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Transportation to shop in New Dominion (owner supplied transportation to worksites)
- Good physical condition
- Good work ethic and good attitude

Considered an asset (but not required - we will train):
- Class 3A driver's license
- Mechanical, plumbing and/or welding experience

Work conditions:
- Mon-Fri, 7:30-4:30 (some additional hours may be required)
- Working outside in all seasons and conditions
- Heavy lifting
- Physically demanding
