Three Mixing Tools
Egg Beater is used for inflating light mixtures such as cream and egg white and mixing light icings and meringue.
Stirring Paddle is an all-purpose agitator for mashing potatoes or vegetables and mixing cakes, batter or icing.
Note: Fit for the medium speed 2 gear, do not use the high speed 3 gear.
Spiral Dough Hook is commonly used for smoother mixing operation and is ideal for pizzas and other heavy dough.
